- Items damaged in transit (photo evidence required)
- Incorrect items shipped (our error)

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
🚚 Shipping Policy
All orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents.
We ship domestically within the United States. International shipping availability varies by destination — contact us before ordering internationally.
Tracking information is emailed upon shipment. Cerberus Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

How are products packaged and shipped?
Products are lyophilized (freeze-dried), sealed, and shipped in plain unmarked packaging. No branding, product names, or descriptions appear on the outside of any package.
Is it legal to purchase peptide research compounds?
